Fourth: the preparation of high temperature resistant anti abrasion coating
After the BD428 high temperature flakes anti corrosive coatings initial curing,blade coating a layer of BD727 high temperature small particle wear resistant coatings on its surface.(the thickness is about 3mm)
The BD727 high temperature small particles anti abrasive coating has good corrosion resistance and excellent high temperature resistance & abrasion resistance.In the slurry circulating system,the abrasion and cavitation is more serious,so this step is necessary in the slurry circulating system,in the flue,absorption tower and other abrasion lighter parts,this step is optional.
Fifth: brush coating the topcoat
Can brush coating a layer of BD427 high temperature corrosion resistant coating on the surface of the BD727 high temperature small particle abrasion resistant coatings as the topcoat.
The topcoat is beautiful and smooth,can reduce the friction force between the slurry and material,increase the service life.
Sixth: Curing
After the BD427 high temperature anti corrosive coating complete curing (for 24 hours at room temperature),then it can be put into using.
Notice:
When the temperature is below 15 degrees,the coating curing speed is slow,the curing is not complete.We can use the iodine tungsten lamp or hair dryer etc.measures to heat it up to the temperature of 60-80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours after the coatings initial curing.
