product usage of our KM abrasion wear resistant epoxy compound composite material:
KM swirler special wear resistant composite material is the two component,black paste wear resistant macromolecule composite material
compounded by modified toughening epoxy resin and modified amine curing agent.Widely used in the repairing of various heavy load
medium wear-out part and the preparation of wear resistant coatings on the surface of various machine part which has wear resistant,
corrosion resistant requirements.Especially suitable for repairing wear scrapped swirler and the preparation of wear resistant pre-protective
coating on the inner wall of new swirler.Can do many times repairing,the equipment specification and size after repairing don't change.
How to use of our swirler lining liner wear abrasion resistant repair epoxy compound coatings:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the needing-repair part of the swirler inner wall,grinding with angle grinder or
sand blasting etc,the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned by cleaning agent,then dry it by airing,the surface after
this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
2.Preparation: Make A and B components mix uniformly according to the weight ratio 4:1, generally it’s while construction and configuration,
every time don’t configure too much adhesive,too much adhesive is not easy to mix uniformly.(when the temperature is low,the viscosity of
KM wear resistant composite material is high,not suitable to mix uniformly,need to heat A, B components separately first,
then make them mix uniformly).
3.Coating: Make the mixing uniformly KM swirler repair special abrasion wear resistant composite material epoxy compound blade coating on
the metal substrates repeatedly,make the base stock wet up the substrates,then make the mixed-up material press coating on the pending-repair
part repeatedly. Pat it to be compacting first,then repair the coating surface to be smooth after the coating is coated on the required size,
should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.
4.Curing condition: heat up to the temperature of 80 degree slowly and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then heat up to the temperature of
120 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours again, cool down to the room temperature slowly.
