to do repairing,the first batch of guard plate was sent to Xiangyang City Hundred Shield Coating Material Co.,Ltd for repairing and trying out.According to
the previous repair slurry pump spare parts service condition,the slurry pump guard plate service life after repairing is equivalent to even more than new
workpiece service life.

Construction technology:
1.Do the sand blasting treatment for guard plate surface,clean it by cleaning agent and dry it by airing,the construction surface should be clean,
dry and coarsening.
2.Weigh the weight of A and B two components of high strength special abrasion resistant prime coat BD4261 and mix them uniformly according to
the specified mixing weight ratio,make it be blade coating on the treated surface of pending-construction parts.
3.Weigh the weight of A and B two components of BD7045 slurry pump repair special anti wear abrasion resistant epoxy coating and mix them uniformly
based on the specified mixing weight ratio,make the uniform-mixed materials be blade coating on the surface of prime coat,then use the scraping knife to
repair the coating surface to be smooth,make sure the coating smooth connection

can improve 30% combination property,if the condition is allowed,you should try to heat up for curing).
