guard plate and feed inlet short pipe(already scrapped) of this company(Nanzhang Longmang Phosphorus Products Co.,Ltd) ore dressing
workshop 125ZBQ slurry pump based on the requirements of Nanzhang Longmang Phosphorus Products Co.,Ltd.The repairing scheme
and technology are designed and put into effect by our company,the repairing material is our company producing BD7044 slurry pump
wear abrasion resistant repairing epoxy coating.The workpiece after repairing is assembled for trying out in this company on 1st,June 2015,
the trying result comparison as follow:
About the guard plate:
1.The normal service life of the newly purchased guard plate is about 4 months based on customers' response.
2.The actual service life of the front and back guard plate after repairing is about 160 days.
About the feed inlet short pipe:
1.The normal service life of the newly purchased feed inlet short pipe is about 2 months based on customers' response.
2.The actual service life of the scrapped feed inlet short pipe after repairing is about 150 days.
The normal service life for the two kinds of workpiece after repairing is both more than the newly purchased workpiece,
the trying result is very good.
The costs:
Used material is 9 kilograms,together with the maintenance costs is not more than the 30% of the newly purchased workpiece.
