obvious not enough,it is very easy to generate bump against in the process of transportation and using,the result is that the muffler body case falls off from
the screw hole shaft or body case and screw hole shaft generate obvious fracture.
BD805 is one kind of rubber and metal bonding adhesive series from our company,has good adhesion to rubber, metal,wood,cement,ceramic and rigid plastic
etc.The adhesive layer after curing has excellent impact resistant performance,it also has good performance of water resistant,oil resistant,high and low
temperature resistant and aging resistant.It can effectively avoid falling off and fracture which caused by bump against and hit against in the process of
transportation and using.Especially suitable for the bonding of strong impact vibration artifacts.
1.The product is made of rubber material and curing agent two components,both of them are paste compound,both of them are not dispersal in water.
2.The color of rubber material is gray,the color of curing agent is white.The contact pressure (during finger pressures) can be plastic deformation at room temperature(25 degree) in the air within 6 hours,it can still plastic deformation for finger pressures in the water of 50 degree temperature within 4 hours.
3.The pasty fluid after mixing can harden(finger pressures is not easy to be plastic deformation) in the water of 50 degree temperature 4 hours later,the curing strength(compressive strength) within 16 hours can reach to 80Mpa.
4.The sample which the seller provides for the buyer is as the criterion(the operational time in the water of 50 degree temperature is not lower than 4 hours,
the induration after curing for 16 hours can not knock to be tattered with metal hammer.After bonding and fixing for this muffler body case and screw hole
shaft by the BD805 from our company,its bonding strength gets obvious increase,although it still has mistake collision phenomenon,there is no more falling
off or fracture phenomenon after bonding in the recent year.
