Power plants demineralized water tank is the steel roundness container,its body material usually is carbon steel,mainly used for storing the
demineralized water which prepared by the demineralizing equipment in power plant's chemical workshop.During the storage of water,the water quality

in the demineralized water tank.

The construction technology:
First clean up the demineralized water from water tank,and dry it by airing.Do the sand blasting treatment for the water tank inner wall,outer wall (sand blasting
effect is the best,but if you don't have sand blasting conditions,you can do the polishing with angle grinder).Until to appear a fresh metal base.
Clean it by cleaning agent(you can choose acetone,ethyl acetate,alcohol etc.) and dry it by the airing,can also blow-dry with hot wind.Weld joint welding slag
and other sharp protrusion need to burnish to be flat and level.
According to the specified ratio,make the A and B two components of BD407 anti chemical corrosion resistant coating mix uniformly,and blade coating on the
surface of water tank base material,generally uses the method of criss cross to brush coating one time for horizontal and vertical,the coating should be compacted,avoid appearing the holes.
After the BD407 anti corrosion chemical resistant coating initial curing,make the BD408 high temperature flakes corrosion resistant coating mix uniformly
according to the specified ratio,then blade coating on the surface of BD407 anti corrosion resistant coatings,the coating should be compacted along one direction.
After the BD408 high temperature flakes anti corrosion resistant coating initial curing,make the A and B two components of BD407 anti chemical corrosion
resistant coating mix uniformly according to the specified ratio,and blade coating on the surface of BD408 high temperature flakes corrosion resistant coating,
the coating should be compacted,avoid appearing the holes.It can be put into using after placing it for 48 hours at room temperature.
