angle grinder,wire brush,plaster knife,plastic knife,rubber hammer,special rounding tools,hair brush,electronic scale,welding machine.
Auxiliary materials: cleaning agent,duster cloth,gloves.
Construction technology of BD7041 super wear abrasion resistant slurry pump repair epoxy coatings:
1.Do the electric welding on the defect area larger part with reinforcement bar.
2.Weld the spot with the electric welding on the pending-repair part.
3.Clean up and polish the needing-repair part of the pending-repair workpiece.
4.Configure the BD426T special undercoat,then make it brush coating on the pending-repair part.
5.Configure BD7041 slurry pump repair super abrasion wear resistant epoxy coatings and make it be coating on the pending-repair part,
knock on it to be compacted with rubber hammer,then trim the surface with special rounding tools,make the surface be flat and smooth.
6.Curing for 24 hours,when the temperature is low,should take heating measures to promote the curing.
