used in hydrochloric acid storage tank,desulfuration system equipment ceramic rubber lining repairing and protecting

1.First clean up the damaged and bubbling ceramic rubber lining,you can get rid of the rubber from damaged and bulge parts with knife first,
cut into ladder shape,and polish it with electric hair brush,then clean up the dirt etc. impurity on the surface of substrates,do the sand blasting,
polishing etc.coarsening treatment,clean it by cleaning agent and dry it by airing,make the substrates surface be clean,dry,without pollution and rough,
to enhance the bonding strength between coating and substrates.

2.According to the mass ratio A:B=4:1,make the BD917 rubber lining abrasion wearing resistant compound repair agent mix uniformly,smear it on the
surface of substrates uniformly,the coating should be smeared according to crisscross crosswise direction and vertical direction layer by layer,
each layer should be compacted,avoid appearing holes,the suitable thickness for each layer is 0.5-1mm,repair it until to original size,can extend 3mm along
breakage part edge outward.Ensure the interface part without crack.

3.The coating can be complete curing after placing for 24 hours at room temperature.

Notes:
1.It can not contact with water or moisture laden air before the BD917 rubber wear abrasion resistant epoxy repair compound without curing

2.When the temperature is below 15 degree,you can heat it up to the temperature of 60-80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours to promote
the coating complete curing after the coating initial curing.

Used in the joint repairing of steel core,the whole core and common conveyor belt horizontal and vertical tear,and repairing of the conveyor
belt surface wear, impellers, belt edge wear,belt surface perforation and joint sealing,the repairing of polyurethane composite tube,cable,rubber roller
and other rubber products.Especially suitable for the repairing of the inclined and vertical parts rubber parts.
