One of Hubei Chemical Goods company collects phosphate mining and fertilizer production as an integral whole,there are a number of flotation cells
in the flotation area of the company,during the overhaul at the beginning of 2018,they decide to do the lining with anti wear corrosion resistant coating
materials for partial flotation machine tank body,After the bidding and publicity,they selected the anti abrasion corrosion resistant coating material of
Xiangyang City Hundred Shield Coating Material Co.,Ltd,it is found that most of the tank bottom wear and corrosion are serious,and most of the welded
steel plates should do wear resistant protection after cleaning the tank body ore pulp
The construction scheme of this company is that using BD407 corrosion resistant coating as the anti corrosion prime coat for 2 times at first (the coating
thickness:2mm to 4mm),then use BD131 abrasion resistant ceramic adhesive for bonding ceramic tile (the size of ceramic tile: 17.5mm X 17.5mm,
the thickness of ceramic tile: 3mm to 5mm) for this overhaul.
Construction Procedure:
1. Tank body cleaning: Do the thorough cleaning the ore pulp of flotation machine tank body and clean up the fouling layer.
2. The surface treatment of tank body:The whole sand blasting,rust removing cleaning and drying of the flotation machine tank body,the substrate
surface after treatment should be rough,clean and dry.
3. The construction of corrosion resistant prime coat:Make the two components of BD407 anti corrosion coating mix uniformly according to the
specified weight ratio,then smear/cover it on the pending repair part for 2 times,the coating thickness should be 2mm to 4mm,the adhesive layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates,achieve the surface of the substrate to be uniform film formation,no leakage point.
4. The construction of wear resistant ceramic adhesive:After corrosion resistant prime coat curing,make two components of BD131 ceramic tile
bonding adhesive mix uniformly according to specified weight ratio,then cover it on the surface of BD407 anti corrosion coating uniformly,
The requirement is continuous and uniform,and the adhesive layer should be not too thick.It is suitable for 1.5kg/m2.
5.Bonding ceramic tile:Before the ceramic adhesive curing,according to the contract requirements,make the ceramic tile of required size be bonding on the
tank body step by step,hammer out and hammer compaction with a rubber hammer,and then sequence construction.
6.The construction of anti wear corrosion resistant coating: For the corner part or ceramic tile gap where it is not easy to paste ceramic tile,you should use
BD7052 flotation tank special anti abrasion corrosion resistant coating to be blade coating or filling,you should weigh the weight of the two components
exactly and mix them uniformly according the specified weight ratio strictly,then smear it to the corner part of flotation machine tank body where it is not
suitable for bonding ceramic tile and fill in the gap of ceramic tile,repair the surface to be smooth after the coating in suitable size.
7. The curing of anti abrasion corrosion resistant coating:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at room temperature 25 degree,if the temperature is low,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.
8. Checking and leak repairing:You should check it carefully after finishing construction,the whole surface of ceramic tile should be smooth and compaction,
there is no mechanical damage,anti wear corrosion resistant coating is smooth connection,there is no sharp instrument scratches trace etc.It is not allowed to
have defects with deepness greater than 2mm and area larger than 100mm2.The coating thickness deviation is controlled within±10%,check the ceramic tile and protective coating to see if it has hollow or fissure phenomenon.
The construction characteristics of wear resistant anti corrosive coating this time:
1. The performance of abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant is reliable for this product.
2. It has very high bonding strength to the substrate,with low shrinkage rate.
