Slurry recycle pump is one of the very important equipment from thermal power plant desulfuration system,The slurry circulation pump is also one of
the vulnerable parts due to the long term acid corrosion, abrasion and cavitation of the slurry.After long time operation, the abrasion and corrosion of
the slurry pump shell, impeller and other parts will become more and more serious, and it will become more and more serious, even forming penetrating holes.

recycle pump special anti abrasion corrosion resistant coating.In addition,it has repaired the slurry pump housing, impeller, and short section etc parts
for the 525 pump industry, the Qipanjin power plant and the rongcheng steel.In Dec,2017.The company used this material to repair the sealing ring of
the slurry circulating pump in Yunfu power plant,and the repair work was carried out in situ,saving a lot of manpower and material resources.
BD7045G is a kind of specially designed high performance repairing product,it is compounded by high-molecular polymer and modified toughening resin,
it is high performance abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant polymerized ceramic material.This product can be curing at room temperature 25C,
the product performance is better through heating for curing,it is suitable for repair and preventive maintenance of desulphurization system with
wear and corrosion.The coating after curing has extremely strong anti-erosion wear resistance,at the same time,it has excellent chemical resistant
performance.
Construction processing step:
1.Surface treatment: Do roughening treatment for the pending-repair part (polishing with angle grinder or sand blasting etc.),then clean it,and dry it by airing,
the substrate surface after treatment should be coarse,clean and dry.
2.Make BD4263 special abrasion resistant prime coat mix uniformly according to the specified weight ratio,and brush coating it on the processed metal
substrate surface.
3.The preparation of anti wear corrosion resistant coating:Make the A and B two components of BD7045G coating mix uniformly according to the specified
weight ratio,and use it up within 30 min,generally while it is construction and preparation,each time the largest preparation quantity should be not too much,
otherwise, the coating will solidify too quickly,it is easy to lead to the use of parts that have been solidified and can’t be used.
4. Coating:Before the prime coat curing,make the mixed prepared material be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,each layer should be
compacted,the suitable coating thickness is 4mm to 15mm,the largest thickness can be 30mm,repair the surface to be smooth after the coating is in the
suitable size,this material can’t do machining,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the
assembly.
5. Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at room temperature 25C (if you could heat it up to the temperature of about 80C and keep this
temperature for 2 hours,it can improve 30% coating comprehensive performance.
