1.The surface treatment:
Clean up the crusher cone surface and lining plate inner surface,remove the surface attachments.
2.Install the liner plate:
For dynamic cone,can make the handling-well lining plate (including upper and lower segment liner plate) install on the cone directly,
seal up the seams with a silly putty, clay or cement.For cone, install the bottom two layers of lining plate first.

3. Configure adhesives/epoxy backing compound:
Make the backing material B component(small drum) pour into the backing material A component(big drum),then stir it uniformly.Had better
pre-stir the backing material A component for a few minutes before mixing,then add the curing agent B component to mix it uniformly.
When the temperature is low in winter,the viscosity of backing material A component is large,can preheat the backing material A component
up to the temperature of 25-45 degree separately,then do the stirring and mixing.
Make the backing material B component(small drum) pour into the backing material A component(big drum),then stir it uniformly.Had better
pre-stir the backing material A component for a few minutes before mixing,then add the curing agent B component to mix it uniformly.

4.Using the adhesives/backing wearing compounds:
For the moving cone,make the mixed-up adhesives pour into the aperture of cone and lining plate directly,until to tank it up.For fixed cone,
make the mixed-up adhesives pour into the crack of the cone and liner plate,tank up the bottom two layers of lining plate.Then install the
middle part and top part four layers of liner plate,seal it well,make the mixed-up adhesives pour into the aperture of cone and lining plate,
until to tank it up.

5.Curing:
Place it to cure for 12 to 24 hours at room temperature(20 degree),the temperature has great effects on the curing time,the curing is fast
for high temperature,the curing is slow for low temperature,generally curing for 12 hours can be put into using in summer,curing for 24
hours in winter can be put into using,should heat for curing at low temperature.BD65 is difficult to cure,when the environment temperature
is lower than 5 degree,BD66 is difficult to cure,when the environment temperature is lower than the below zero 5 degree,if the temperature
is lower than the specified requirements during using,all need to do the heat curing,in order to guarantee the performance of the product.
