Performance features of our BD181 high temperature wear abrasion resistant ceramic tile epoxy adhesives:
1.Two component,black daub shape,the highest temperature resistant is 200 degree,with strong initial viscous force.

2.It's consist of modified heat resistant toughening resin and special curing agent,aging resistant
(can reach more than 8 years),high temperature resistant,good toughness.

3.Can cure at room temperature,can also heat for curing.

4.During constructing on the ceiling and facade,it doesn't flow and fall off.

5.When it is used as repair agent,the highest working temperature is 180 degree,when it is used as structural bonding,
the highest working temperature is 160 degree.

Product usage of our BD181 abrasion wear high temperature resistant epoxy bonding ceramic adhesive:
mainly used in the bonding of wear resistant ceramic chip on the ceiling and facade of the equipment.
With strong initial adhesion,it won't fall off without using magnet or other support measures during construction,
optimizing construction technology and reducing construction cost.

How to use of our BD181 chemical wear abrasion heat resistant ceramic tile bonding repair adhesives:
1.Surface treatment:Grinding or sand blasting to clean up the dust,greasy dirt and rust on the surface of adherend,
finally clean it by cleaning agent.

2.Configure adhesive: According to the specified requirement,make A and B two component mix uniformly.
A : B(mass ratio)=4:1

3.Using adhesive:Make the configured adhesive be coating on the adherend surface uniformly.
Double spread will get the better bonding effect.

4.Curing:Initial curing for 1~1.5 hours at room temperature,full curing for 24 hours,
heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then do the post curing,
it can get the higher strength(≥18MPa)

5.It’s suitable to configure 300～500g adhesive every time,too much adhesive is not easy to mix uniformly,
every time the usable time of configuring adhesive is about 30～40min,the usable time is long for the low temperature,
the usable time is short for the high temperature.Can adjust the configuration adhesive quantity according to the actual condition.
